Mid 20th Century hand carved and painted wood bottle stopper of a cheeky lady with a mechanical tongue. This piece is similar to the famous Anri corks, and likely Italy or Germany made. By using the lever in the back of the head, you can push the wooden tongue in and out, for a cute party trick! So much fun, whimsical and unusual. Approx. 4.5” tall. Wear due to age, with worn cork.
